We are pleased to announce we can now offer customers the facility of collecting orders
Our collection point is at Box.co.uk, First avenue, Minworth, Birmingham B76 1BA, It is important to note that this is only a collection point.
You must order on this website and your order will be dispatched to the collection point, this takes between 2 – 24 hours depending on the product you choose.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
Please follow the steps below
1.) Check the product is in stock
2.) Click on the above box to see when collection is available
It will either say 2 hours or 24 Hours
3.) Work out when your order will be ready to collect
It is important to note that we only process orders Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays)

Order Wednesday at 10.30am – your order will be processed immediately - Your order will be ready at 12.30pm
Order Wednesday at 4.30pm – your order will be processed Thursday 10.00am - Your order will be ready 12.00pm on Thursday
Order Thursday at 4.30pm – your order will be processed Friday 10.00am - Your order will be ready 12.00pm on Friday
Products available to collect within 24 hours
Order Wednesday at 10.30am – your order will be processed immediately - Your order will be ready around 12.00pm on Thursday
Order Wednesday at 4.30pm – your order will be processed Thursday 10.00am - Your order will be ready around 12.00pm on Friday
Order Thursday at 4.30pm – your order will be processed Friday 10.00am - Your order will be ready around 12.00pm on Monday
4.) Order On-line
Add your product to the basket and order online as normal clicking on the below box to select collection
5.) Once you have ordered you will then receive 3 emails

6.) Come and collect remembering to bring the following :
1.) Order Reference Number
2.) Payment Card used for this order
3.) One other form of identification (passport drivers license etc…)
Your order can’t be released without showing your payment card & identification
